Upcoming CPO Forum to Roll Out With a Bang
The CPO Forum is drawing near, and the speaker list continues to grow. The event's lineup touts some of the top automakers in the business and industry experts, who will share their take on reputation management and advertising strategies specifically tailored to the certified pre-owned market.
And when the event gets rolling in the fall, the first day will launch with a bang.
At the start of the CPO Forum — scheduled for Nov. 12–14 as part of the Used Car Week series of conferences — conference attendees can choose from four events, including a session led by Jason Ezell of Dataium, titled, “Using Auto Shopper Click Data to Master Your CPO Strategy.”
And for attendees interested in happenings on the Web, Vickie Gibbs, of Albright Digital, will be speaking during the presentation titled, “A Step-by-Step Guide for Managing Online Reputation."
Attendees can also choose from the following:
—“Maximizing a 3rd Party CPO Program: CPO for pre-owned inventory that falls outside of your OEM certification guidelines,” featuring Walt Burns of CarMark Certified.
— “Identifying and Understanding CPO Price Premiums to Better Serve Customers, featuring Jonathan Banks of NADA Used Car Guide.
All four of these workshops are offered concurrently at 2 p.m. on Nov. 12.
Next up, the 3 p.m. session offerings that day include the following:
—“Effectively Stock Used Car Inventory for Profit Using Economic Data and Shopper Behavior,” presented by Alec Gutierrez and Arthur Henry of Kelley Blue Book.
— “Taking a Different Approach to Online Trade Acquisition,” featuring David Metter, HookLogic.
— “Residual Based Financing Solutions for Your CPO & Used Car Operations: Better monthly payments for your customers, more profits for your store,” presented by Dave Ruggles, CarMark Auto Finance
Following the 3 p.m. sessions, attendees will be welcomed to the event by Bill Zadeits, chairman of the Used Car Week conferences.
