Used Models Generating the Most Online Consumer Activity
Along with the top 15 used models generating the most consumer activity in January, NADA Used Car Guide also highlighted which brands gained the most traction year-over-year at NADAguides.com.
Leading the way with a 6-percent higher gain than the next nearest brand was Audi, which posted a 25-percent climb in shopper activity on the site last month. Next was BMW, which made a 19-percent jump in January.
A total of 11 other brands enjoyed consumer activity increases of at least 10 percent last month. NADA UCG said that group included:
—Land Rover: up 16 percent
—Acura: up 16 percent
—Suzuki: up 15 percent
—GMC: up 15 percent
—Lexus: up 14 percent
—Porsche: up 14 percent
—Mercedes-Benz: up 12 percent
—Buick: up 12 percent
—Volvo: up 12 percent
—Lincoln: up 11 percent
—Chevrolet: up 10 percent
NADA UCG then mentioned the top 15 used models that generated the most consumer activity at NADAguides.com last month. Almost a third of the total was pickups.
