CARMEL, Ind. -

KAR Auction Services has announced its vice president of enterprise optimization.

Promoted to the role effective immediately, company officials announced on Tuesday, is Stacey White.

White most recently served as director of process improvement and cost management for KAR, and recently added responsibility for its sourcing and procurement division to her duties. She joined the KAR team in May 2008 as an operational compliance auditor.

In her new role, White will continue to report to David Vignes, executive vice president of enterprise optimization for KAR Auction Services.

“Stacey has a knack for identifying best practices and then implementing standardized processes that benefit our employees, our customers and our entire family of companies,” Vignes said.

“She has played an integral role in ensuring that we adhere to cost-management processes that maximize efficiencies enterprise-wide and ensure the sustainability of our PRIDE program,” he said.

With more than 20 years of automotive remarketing experience, White began her career with GMAC in 1993 as an acquisitions administrator, and has held analyst roles for acquisitions, customer relations, accounting and remarketing. 

She holds degrees from Saint Mary’s University in Canada and Compu College School of Business in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
