CARY, N.C. -

Do you work with an exceptional female colleague? Know any leading ladies in the industry?

The deadline for Women in Remarketing nominations is approaching, and Auto Remarketing wants you to help us honor the top women leaders in the industry.

The April 15-30 print edition of Auto Remarketing will contain a special section designed to honor those women that will be chosen for its 2013 Women in Remarketing Class. But we can’t do it without your help.

Last year, our 2012 class included leaders such as Courtney Cole, co-owner of Hare Chevrolet; and Michelle Mallon, ADESA vice president of legal, among other execs from Manheim, Mercedes-Benz USA and Repo Remarketing, to name a few.

The deadline for nominations is this Friday, March 8, and we want to make sure to honor the deserving women throughout the industry.

So, you know of someone who deserves to be in the 2013 list?

Here’s what you can do:

No matter what area of the business the female nominee comes from, she must have a history of going above and beyond the call of duty, whether through innovation, mentoring new professionals, philanthropy, education or more.

To nominate an executive, please email Staff Writer Sarah Rubenoff, at  srubenoff@autoremarketing.com, with the woman’s full name, position and contact information.

Please also include a brief summary as to why you think this female should be selected. What makes her stand out? Please note that your summary may be quoted.

We will include a brief blurb on each honoree, along with her photo, in our April 15 edition.

The 2013 Women in Remarketing Class will also be honored at this year’s Used Car Week Conferences in November.

Special advertising will also be available for this Women in Remarketing issue. For more information or to purchase space, please contact publisher Bill Zadeits at bzadeits@autoremarketing.com.
