TUCSON, Ariz. -

Vendor Transparency Solutions and Michael Dougherty of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis announced the date and time for their fourth webinar aimed at helping repossessors and recovery departments remain compliant.

The focus of the next session — compliance management as well as unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices (UDAAP) — will be covered during the webinar, which is set for 1 p.m. ET on Sept. 25.

The webinar is open to all lending institutions and the asset recovery industry and is being offered at no cost.

In addition, all attending lending institutions and VTS subscribers will receive a certificate of attendance to be utilized as part of a company’s continuing education and overall compliance package.
