Kristin Slanina and Mike Landau join the show to talk about the upcoming "Charge Across America" event, which they said will be the first-ever cross-country electric vehicle race.

The race will run from Oct. 31 through Nov. 9 and carve a path between New York and Los Angeles, aiming to "help demystify electric cars, and ease pervasive fears around range anxiety."

Slanina, who is managing director of Charge Across America, and Landau, who is chief executive officer of ParkMyFleet, explain how in the episode below.
