AutoIMS promotes Miller to EVP role
AutoIMS has promoted longtime executive Joe Miller to the new role of executive vice president of client success.
Previously, Miller was a vice president at the company, heading up solutions, marketing and client support.
He joined AutoIMS in 2009, first working to redesign the RecoveryIMS product before soon being promoted to lead the client support team.
“Joe has a deep passion for helping our clients succeed. He demonstrates it with active listening, uncovering the most important needs of the client while building their trust. He has developed many strong relationships over the years which drive win-win outcomes for both parties,” AutoIMS chief executive officer Venkat Krishnamoorthy said in a news release.
“Joe enjoys bringing together cross-functional AutoIMS teams, creating new internal collaboration in service to our clients. Joe and his team also strengthen our brand with highly creative marketing strategies year over year,” Krishnamoorthy added.
“He is very active in volunteering his speaking experience with the industry, serving as a moderator for many events and hosting creative workshops for the industry. Joe’s dedication, loyalty, and service remain instrumental to the success of AutoIMS on many fronts. I am eagerly looking forward to Joe sharing the roadmap of his vision for Client Success — a brand new AutoIMS initiative — with the entire industry soon.”
