Dominion DMS has integrated Armatus Dealer Uplift into its VUE system, a move designed to help dealers increase their annual warranty parts gross profits.

Armatus works with more than 6,200 dealers, helping them get 13,400 approved submissions in all 50 states. It has been endorsed by 20 state dealers associations.

The company said Armatus is a turnkey solution capable of handling large volumes of work with precision and accuracy through its proprietary software.

The company said its mission is to make sure dealerships get paid the highest rate in the shortest period of time with as little disruption as possible.

“The new certified integration between Armatus and Dominion VUE further enhances the services we perform for auto dealerships nationwide,” Armatus Dealer Uplift chief operating officer Jordan Jankowski said.

“This will provide dealers with the peace of mind that their data is being handled in a secure and efficient manner, and further streamlines our retail warranty reimbursement submission process, thereby creating the optimal customer experience for our clients.”

Russell Street, general manager of Columbus Hyundai in Columbus, Miss., said his dealership uses Armatus “to maximize our retail warranty reimbursement submissions,” and the “seamless” integration “allows us to quickly submit our information and get back to servicing our customers.”

Armatus’ system is devoted solely to retail reimbursement, and its fee is fully contingent, which means, “We do not get paid until you are approved by the manufacturer,” the company said in a news release.

“Dealers need to make sure they have the proper tools to do their jobs efficiently and minimize rework,” Dominion vice president of business development Arlene Clements said. “Partnering with companies like Armatus streamlines the process for dealers and allows them to service their customers quickly.”
