Less than a month after announcing the purchase of San Antonio Auto Auction, America’s Group said Monday it acquired Corpus Christi Auto Auction in Texas.

Both auctions were previously owned by BA&W Enterprises Ownership Group.

The moves signal “a strong growth trajectory for America’s Auto Auction for the next 18 months,” the auction group said in a news release.

“Acquiring Corpus Christi Auto Auction highlights our commitment to growth and excellence,” America’s Group CEO Chuck Tapp said in a news release. “We are enhancing our service offerings and strengthening our presence in Texas to ensure our clients receive the best in auto remarketing services.”

Corpus Christi Auto Auction includes a 20-acre facility and a four-lane auction arena, along with reconditioning facilities and mechanical services. Its sale is held at 10 a.m. (CT) on Fridays.

BA&W said in the release: “The sale of Corpus Christi Auto Auction to America’s Group is not just a business transaction, but a merging of shared values. We are confident that it will continue to thrive and offer unparalleled service under the America’s brand.”

America’s announced on June 17 that it acquired San Antonio Auto Auction from BA&W Enterprises Ownership Group.

San Antonio Auto Auction is located on 44 acres in Texas and includes a six-lane arena, reconditioning facilities and mechanical services. Its dealer consignment and fleet/lease sale is held at 9 a.m. local time on Tuesdays.

With the purchase of these two Texas auto auctions, America’s footprint includes 40 locations across 19 states, including digital and mobile sales platforms, as well.
