Holman tabs Orbee’s platform to provide customer experience data
Orbee, a provider of automotive data management middleware systems, has been selected by Holman as its customer data platform provider.
Orbee said its platform will allow Holman to turn customer data from its network of some 60 dealerships in nine states into insights and analytics designed to deliver a truly personalized customer experience.
In addition to being one of the nation’s largest privately owned dealership groups, Holman provides a wide range of automotive services around the world, including fleet management and leasing, commercial vehicle equipment manufacturing, powertrain distribution and logistics services, insurance and risk management and venture capital funding. The company will use Orbee’s technology as a single source of data intelligence.
“The way consumers shop for vehicles and automotive services has shifted dramatically in recent years,” Holman executive vice president of retail automotive Frank Carbone said in a news release. “Today, consumers expect an engaging and personalized experience that simplifies this process.

After a thorough evaluation, Orbee stood out for its comprehensive data management capabilities, open architecture and commitment to data privacy and security.”
Orbee said its CDP integrates with existing systems to provide data enrichment, measurement and activation capabilities. It’s designed to deliver:
- A unified customer profile that aggregates data from first- and third-party sources to ensure real-time updates and regular data hygiene.
- Self-serve tools for segmentation and audience creation in marketing strategies.
- Automation of customer journey communications.
- Tools to orchestrate campaigns across various channels, optimizing customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
