Chuck Redden has become the latest industry leader to join the National Auto Auction Association Hall of Fame.

The CEO of AutoTec and affiliate companies Auction Insurance Agency, AutoCheck Auctions, VIN CrossCheck, Centennial Casualty Company and AuctionACCESS was inducted during the 2024 NAAA World Remarketing Convention in Orlando, Fla.

The Hall, established in 1968, recognizes individuals whose long-term service to the auto auction industry and NAAA has contributed improvements to remarketing and who have worked with NAAA to benefit its members while consistently following the association’s code of ethics.

AutoTec’s companies provide risk management, insurance, credentialing, vehicle history and claims administration services to the wholesale automotive and livestock industries. As CEO, NAAA said in a news release, Redden’s primary focus is on AutoTec’s transformation into an integrated data services provider that continues to exceed the expectations of its long-term partners.

Before joining AutoTec in 2000, Redden was a commercial loan officer with AmSouth Bank and served in the U.S. Navy as a navigator aboard the USS Harry W. Hill.

In his home community of Birmingham, Ala., Redden has served on the boards of Baptist Health System, Monday Morning Quarterback Club and McWane Science Center, as a deacon of Mountain Brook Baptist Church, and as president of the Rotary Club of Birmingham.
