Reynolds and Reynolds is going big for the auto retail industry’s biggest event.

The dealership software provider announced its plans for the National Automobile Dealers Association’s NADA Show, coming up Jan. 23-26 in New Orleans, including multiple product launches and its largest expo presence to date.

Among the tech tools to be unveiled at NADA 2025 is the latest iteration of the Spark AI unified data layer.

“The speed with which AI tools are advancing is incomparable to any software development we have ever seen,” Reynolds president Chris Walsh said. “We launched Spark AI at Reynolds Retail Summit in August, and we are already two iterations beyond that version with additional products being released at the show.”

The company is offering attendees hands-on demonstration of artificial intelligence software, including Conversation AI, Engagement AI, Merchandising AI and Prospect AI, as well as new tools that will make their debut at the event.

Reynolds’ other brands, such as Gubagoo and AutoVision, can also use the Spark AI data layer to create workflow efficiency, the company said.

“As an industry, we have been focused on digitizing operations with traditional software, but at the retail level, per-employee metrics have been flat,” Walsh said. “If you want to sell more cars, you hire more salespeople. If you want to turn more hours in service, you hire more technicians. That has been the formula for decades. Our Spark AI unified data layer is changing that.

“We have certainly seen efficiency gains over the years, and Reynolds has been central to that progress, but what our customers are experiencing now is exponential.”

Reynolds said its expo “village” will have its largest footprint ever, with displays for its various companies. On display will be: AGWS, a provider of administration services for agents and dealers offering vehicle protection products, limited warranties and aftermarket products; fleet and rental car management company TSD Mobility Solutions; Proton, a provider of cybersecurity for dealers; key and asset management systems provider KeyTrak; inventory management and appraisal platform AutoVision; and Gubagoo, a provider of conversational commerce and retail solutions for dealerships and OEMs.

Reynolds said Gubagoo will launch Curator — a unified intelligence engine powered by customer data platform Fullpath — at the NADA Show.

“We continue to see amazing growth, and helping our customers find new levels of success is why we get up every day,” Walsh said. “We couldn’t be more excited to see the entire industry at the NADA Show in New Orleans.”
