While appointed to their respective roles at different times, there are few new general managers at ADESA locations.

The company has new/recent GMs at its locations in Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Fla.; Ocala, Fla.; Memphis, Tenn.; Buffalo, N.Y.; Pittsburgh; Atlanta; and Sarasota, Fla.

ADESA parent company Carvana provided a rundown of each location’s new GM:

— ADESA Indianapolis: Jordan Abel, who has been with ADESA for 19 years and held roles in operations, commercial accounts and reconditioning.

— ADSEA Jacksonville: Jason Roth, who started in the car business in 1996 on the retail side, working for dealerships throughout New York and Pennsylvania. He joined ADESA New Jersey in 2006 and has since worked at TradeRev, Backlot Cars, ADESA Tampa and ADESA Ocala.

— ADESA Ocala: Eric Renfro, who has been with ADESA since October and spent a decade with CarMax, where he worked as a senior manager of merchandise operations and wholesale auctions within the purchasing department.

— ADESA Memphis: Chris Shelley, who has been with ADESA since February. Shelley worked at Wells Fargo Auto Finance as collections site director for 11 years, spent five years as vice president of remarketing at ACA and three years as chief operation officer at America Financial. Shelley was most recently used-car director at Umansky Automotive Group.

— ADESA Buffalo: Glenn Joachimiak, who has worked at ADESA Buffalo since 1992. He was in the fleet lease department from 1993-98, followed by his tenure as Ford factory account manager from 1998-2013 and was commercial accounts manager from 2013 to 2024.

— ADESA Pittsburgh: Gilbert Ramon, who joined ADESA in July after 16 years with Manheim. His time there included roles at Manheim San Antonio, Manheim Houston, Manheim Texas Hobby and the corporate sales team.

— ADESA Atlanta: Jermaine Cannady, who has 12 years of experience in the auto industry, starting in sales at Terry Labonte Chevrolet in Greensboro, N.C. In addition to posts in other industries, Cannady’s auto experience includes time at Carlotz and TradeRev. He was regional inspection manager for KAR Global and ADESA from 2021 to 2023, before becoming assistant GM at ADESA Atlanta in September.

—ADESA Sarasota: Napoleon Delacruz, who has been with ADESA for 25 years, including 16 years at ADESA Concord before helping to launch ADESA Chicago in 2016. He joined ADESA Sarasota in 2019.
