Dealer Services Corp. of Indiana announced it has selected Learn.com to deliver and track employee training.
 
The company points to this new platform as one of its latest investments designed to enhance customer service.

Basically, the company wanted consistent training throughout the organization with a platform that could easily deliver, track and report on live training, Web casts and e-learning. According to management, Learn.com will provide technology with features such as development plans, performance management, an authoring tool, assessment reporting and much more.
