Two major players in the used-vehicle industry have announced sponsorship in the sports arena – but with very different approaches. CarGurus is going the high-profile route, signing on as a founding partner of Boston Common Golf, a team in the made-for-TV virtual golf league TGL that features major champions Rory McIlroy, Hideki Matsuyama, Adam Scott and Keegan Bradley.
