SAN DIEGO -
In the last day of NRC, workshops will take precedence. The topics to be covered include a sneak peek into what 2011 might bring, a 2010 residuals report, some market updates from Experian Automotive and much more.
The day kicks off at 8 a.m. (PST) with breakfast.
Then attendees can chose between three workshops that all start at 9 a.m. The selections include a 2011 Pre-Owned Market Preview with ADESA’s Tom Kontos; a 2010 Residuals Report with Eric Lyman, of ALG; and a report covering Dynamic Used-Vehicle Trends with James Maguire and John Sidman, of Experian Automotive.
Next up at 10 a.m. attendees can choose a workshop that covers Buy Right, Sell Fast: Practical Ideas to Help You Get Ahead with Larry Gamache, of Carfax; Jim DesRochers, of Dealers Auto Auction; Randy Biel, of Chase; Len Critcher, of eCarList; and Doug Hadden, of DealerTrack.

Or they can pick a workshop that features Tom Webb discussing Manheim’s Market Report. And finally, they can select a workshop that covers Strong Used-Car Prices, which includes Jonathan Banks of NADA Used Car Guide; Ricky Beggs, of Black Book; Juan Flores, of KBB; and Charles Kim, of TrueTrade. All three workshops run concurrently.

At 11 a.m. the conference concludes. Next year’s NRC is slated for Red Rock Casino and Spa in Las Vegas.
