CARMEL, Ind. -
Dealer Services Corp. of Indiana said this week it has reached a significant floor planning milestone. The lender commemorated its 2 millionth financed vehicle, which was purchased by Tony and Ron Jarrah, who own Hanover Auto Sales.
That dealership is located in Allentown, Pa.
In commemoration of hitting the mark, DSC took care of the vehicle’s payment.
“We appreciate DSC for helping us to drive our business,” said Tony Jarrah.
DSC, which began operations in 2005, said it has seen strong gains, but emphasized its dedication to small businesses as well as customer service and relationships. The company revealed a customer service center earlier this year to meet the needs of dealers and auctions with which it works.
“The concept is simple,” stated Brian Geitner, chief executive officer of DSC.
“Our 15,000-square-foot customer service center houses two distinct teams, a Dealer Services team and an Auction Services team,” he added. “Together, these teams of 80 employees are poised to provide the industry’s best customer service and are able to assist clients with any aspect of their daily business needs.”
