Now that dealers have turned the page to a new year, the Pre-Owned Automobile Dealers Alliance is rolling out its first free Webinar of 2011 to get dealership management ready for the retail market ahead.

The next installment of Pre-Owned: LIVE, titled “The Value of Front-Line Ready Vehicles,” is gathering a trio of industry experts who are geared to help dealers find the units that can turn quickly and enhance margins. The Webinar is set for 2 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

Scheduled to be a part the free, 45-minute session are:

—Doug Hadden, manager of training and development at DealerTrack.

—Amanda Savage, customer relations director at Manheim.

—Tim West, vice president and North American auction director at Black Book.

“What you learn from these executives will help you sell more and profit more in the pre-owned business,” insisted POADA executive Bill Zadeits, who will serve as the Webinar’s moderator.
