Used-Car Service Contract Provider Adds Live Chat to Assist Dealers, Customers
NAPA, Calif. -
AUL Corp., which offers used-vehicle service contracts, said Wednesday that it has added an online chat portal to its assortment of Web services.
Through this new portal, dealers and contract holders are able to chat directly with customer service representatives from AUL.
Services already available to dealers via AUL’s Web delivery system include Web reporting, remittance, plan pricing and contract fulfillment.
“We made an intentional decision to focus on Web services to both increase internal efficiency for us as well as give our agents and dealers an effective tool for enhancing the customer’s experience,” stated Jason Garner, general sales manager at AUL.
AUL is expected to demonstrate its Web portal at the upcoming National Automobile Dealers Association’s Convention in San Francisco at booth 433S.
