Zag Strikes Deal with Another AAA Club
SANTA MONICA, Calif. -
Zag said Wednesday that another AAA Club is utilizing its services. Zag is now powering a new Auto-Buying Program from the AAA Auto Club Group that will allow members throughout eight Midwestern states to research and buy vehicles through the site.
There are 4.1 million members of the AAA Auto Club Group, making it the federation’s fourth-largest club. Its members are spread throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
Zag now powers 20 AAA Clubs’ Auto-Buying Programs, reaching 20 million members throughout the country.
“AAA members expect great products, service and value,” said Anthony Ptasznik, the AAA Auto Club Group’s vice president of membership and insurance product management.
“This new partnership will allow our members the opportunity to conveniently research and buy the vehicle they desire at a competitive, no-haggle price,” he added.
Zag general manager Stewart Easterby added: “Our auto-buying platform is a natural fit with the value and customer-service-oriented programs that AAA members count on from their membership.
“We hope to continue our momentum in signing up AAA Clubs, so we can provide AAA members across the country with a program that offers the savings and member service experience they desire,” Easterby continued.
