SAN FRANCISCO -

For its new auction out in Las Vegas, ADESA has named a new general manager. Taking on this position is Tim Donohue.

The greenfield auction is 10 miles North of the Las Vegas strip and will open for business in April.

“I am pleased to have someone with Tim’s industry experience and relationship skills lead our team at our newest location,” said Tim DeBerry, regional vice president for ADESA’s Western region.

“Las Vegas is a major market, and Tim’s well-rounded background makes him an invaluable asset to our continued growth in this part of the country,” he added.

Donohue brings almost 30 years of experience in the auction industry. Previously, he has held management and leadership positions of increasing responsibility for several major auction chains. Most recently, he managed operations, sales and budgeting for Total Resource Auctions as regional vice president of the company’s Western region.
