Certified pre-owned programs are vital to many markets right now, but what are their pros and cons, and what opportunities do they offer in the Canadian marketplace?
Those questions will be addressed in a panel discussion at the Auto Remarketing Canada 2011 conference, which will be held April 12–14 in Toronto. The session, titled “Certified Pre-Owned Sales and Operations: Opportunity to Grow Dealers’ Sales and Increase Brand Loyalty,” will be held on the morning of April 13, the second day of the conference.
Featured speakers discussing the CPO topic will be:

• Tim Quesnel, remarketing operations manager, Ford of Canada.

Early bird registration for the conference is US$795 and is effective through March 14. After that date, the registration fee increases to US$995. The special conference room rate at the Hyatt Regency Toronto is C$169/night and is available until March 28.
