MINNEAPOLIS and REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — AutoUpLinkUSA and OPENLANE entered into a new partnership this week to benefit dealers who use the AutoUpLinkUSA Internet Inventory Management System.

The agreement means dealers now can utilize the IIMS tool to upload and list their wholesale inventory to OPENLANE's Online Open Auction.

Executives emphasized this partnership represents an integrated wholesale vehicle management solution. They noted that now AutoUpLinkUSA dealers can leverage the IIMS platform to ensure that their wholesale inventory achieves the same kind of "virtual showroom" exposure that the IIMS already provides for retail vehicles.

By loading wholesale units to OPENLANE's Open Auction in real-time, AutoUpLinkUSA officials believe their participating dealers can ensure their wholesale units have the best opportunity to sell quickly.
