CarGurus announced its Top-Rated Dealer Awards on Monday, spotlighting dealers throughout the U.S., Canada and the U.K. that consistently provide “exceptional service, guidance, and support.”

Dealers must have a minimum average consumer review rating of 4.5 out of 5. US and UK dealers must have at least five reviews in the last year, and Canadian dealers are required to have at least four new reviews to qualify.

“We know that consumers are seeking more confidence and control throughout their car shopping, buying, and selling journey. Like CarGurus, our Top-Rated Dealers recognize the importance of being a trusted and transparent resource in helping customers reach their desired outcome with certainty and ease,” said Spencer Scott, CarGurus executive vice president of sales and service, in a news release.

“We commend our Top-Rated Dealers for continuing to raise the bar through reliable guidance and tools that support greater convenience and transparency for consumers.”
