ANDERSON, S.C. — Carolina Auto Auction recently commemorated 20 years of business with its annual anniversary sale last week.

The celebration, which had an "On Top of The Game" theme, was part of the auction's busy spring and summer of promotions and special events.

The anniversary sale, held Wednesday, was slated to include a consignment of more than 1,500 units, game room-themed prizes, and more than $35,000 in cash giveaways.

Next month, Carolina AA is hosting a Support the Troops sale. During the May 12 event, all donations dealers give for solider care packages will be matched by the auction.

Additionally, flag pins will be given to the first 500 dealers at the event. Carolina AA also said Color Guard will likely be there, as well.

Continuing on, the auction is hosting a NASCAR-themed Christmas in July event later this summer that will have cash prizes, memorabilia and race tickets up for grabs.

Furthermore, there will be CitiFinancial Auto's "Swing into Spring" sales throughout April, May and June. Cash and prizes can be won at the beginning of these sales.

There are also promotions for RSA and Wheels, two of Carolina AA's other consignors.

"In two decades of doing business, Carolina Auto Auction has weathered many changes in the ever-fluctuating market," officials shared. "They have approached each challenge with the determination to continue providing superior service to both consignors and dealers."

They added: "This commitment to quality extends further than just the services Carolina offers. When many auctions are cutting back on promotions and giveaways in an effort to trim budgets, Carolina knows the importance of keeping some fun in sale days."
