CDMdata Debuts Pre-Owned Classifieds Package on Kbb.com
IRVINE, Calif. — CDMdata has rolled out a new Pre-Owned Classified Package on Kbb.com's The Trusted Marketplace that can help CDM dealer customers increase the exposure of their used-vehicle inventory and connect with potential buyers.
The program allows dealers to generate phone and e-mail leads directly from in-market shoppers and also provides dealers with a customizable "Storefront" on Kbb.com.
The Storefront is a micro site that shoppers can access at any time and is designed to be "an extension of the dealership's sales force."
Dealers can also distinguish their inventory from other dealers with merchandising tags like "price lowered" and "newly listed."
They can also benefit from KBB Digital Window Stickers on all of their vehicles as well as the Blue Seal Listing icon. Officials explained that a Blue Seal Listing lets shoppers know that CDM Dealer Services generated the information and photographs in a specific listing.
"Having my inventory on Kbb.com is great! My Storefront provides a great extension of my dealership brand on the number one automotive Web site, and I get high-quality leads from Kbb.com," said Enamul Islam, director of e-commerce for Keyes Lexus. "Kbb.com is making a powerful impact on our bottom line."
The program also provides for an optional video feature that allows dealers to showcase their listings in greater detail.
Additionally, the Pre-Owned Classifieds Package can transmit listings from CDMdata's Auto Office product to Kbb.com up to five times daily. This allows dealers to speed up the time to market and bring shoppers the most current listings.
AutoOffice also can provide dealers with lead reporting.
