Chase Reveals Top U.S. Auto Auctions
Chase Auto Finance revealed its 2011 Chase Cup for Auction Excellence winners Thursday at the National Auto Auction Association’s annual conference in Chicago. One Midwest auction even took home two awards — including the overall prize.
The winner of this year’s Chase Cup for best national auction is ADESA Cincinnati-Dayton. This ADESA auction also took home the award for best regional performance in the Midwest, as well.
Moving on to highlight another big winner, Manheim Seattle took home two national awards for lease returns and also prime, near prime and direct finance.
To choose its winners, Chase reviewed the performance of 26 of the nation’s best auto auctions from August 2010 through July 2011.
Officials noted the review focused on how the auctions handle sales and invoice processing, transport requests, title processing and other issues.
“The Chase Cup recognizes exceptional performance in retention, efficiency, expense control, accuracy, sales, operations and service delivery,” they continued.
Chase recognized the following auctions:
—Columbus Fair Auto Auction, service delivery.
—ADESA Golden Gate, high lines.
—Manheim Atlanta, custom finance.
—Manheim Pennsylvania, Internet live auction penetration.
Chase also recognized four other regional winners as top performers:
—Manheim Baltimore-Washington, Northeast.
—Manheim Atlanta, Southeast.
—Manheim Denver, Central.
—Manheim Seattle, Western.
