AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -
As its dealer body strives to kick 2011 off on a strong note, Chrysler unveiled a few new incentives for January that may help its stores drive more sales.
The automaker said recently that it is offering $750 Owner Bonus Cash on the 2011 Chrysler Town & Country minivan, for instance.
“Owners of minivans from competing manufacturers also are eligible for this bonus cash offer, one of several new incentives valid through Jan. 31, 2011,” Chrysler said in a statement.
Breaking it down by brand, the automaker said the following incentives are available:
Dodge
—When consumers buy the 2011 Dodge Caliber, they can choose to either take Customer Cash of $1,500 or take as low as zero-percent financing for as long as 60 months.
—2011 Dodge Challenger buyers can tap into loans with APR as low a 1.9 percent for 36 months. The 2011 Challenger R/T model also comes with $1,000 Bonus Cash.
—When customers buy the 2011 Dodge Nitro, they can pick from as low as zero-percent financing for 36 months or go with Customer Cash or $2,500.
Ram
—The Engine Bonus Cash is still available for the majority of V-6, V-8 and Cummins diesel-engine Ram Trucks from model-year 2011. Customers buying the V-6 variety receive $500, while customer buying V-8 or Cummins diesel models get $1,000.
Continuing on, Chrysler noted that loans on most of the OEM’s 2010 model-year vehicles are available either at zero-percent APR for as long as 72 months or 1.9-percent for 72 months. Finally, Chrysler said there are “attractive” leasing deals available via Ally Financial and U.S. Bank, as well.
