Dealer Services Corp. of Indiana has rolled out a revamped, upgraded website that it says is more interactive and is geared more toward the customer. It offers 24/7 online account service access, more reporting capabilities, and its navigation and layout is smoother.

“Our redesigned website enables DSC to provide our dealers with up-to-date information across various markets and services,” said director of marketing Patty Turner.

“DSC is continuously expanding its footprint in the U.S., and the new website will provide the platform our dealers can use to access current information about our services, locations and new product offerings,” Turner added.

The content is split between dealer services, auction services and business services, which is designed to foster smooth navigation.

“We created a user-friendly environment to allow our dealers and auction partners to conduct business their way,” said chief operating officer Shane O’Dell. “Whether in the office or on the go, this site was designed with them in mind.”

Customers can utilize the upgraded myDSC to directly access their respective DSC accounts.

Besides being provided with floor plan capabilities, dealers will have 24/7 access for viewing titles, running reports and account management.
