Dealership buy-sell firm adds former Bank of America executive to head its West Coast operation
Former Bank of America executive Jayson Crouch has joined Haig Partners, a buy-sell advisory firm to dealership owners, as its new managing director.
Haig Partners said Crouch will help lead the firm’s growth on the West Coast.
Crouch previously served as Bank of America’s senior vice president of national accounts, focusing on the top 150 dealership groups in the western U.S. His commercial banking experience also includes overseeing luxury automotive brands’ remarketing and customer loyalty strategies for JPMorgan Chase.
Crouch also brings more than 10 years of experience with Toyota Financial Services, during which he had an insider’s view of many of the nation’s premier dealerships.
Haig Partners president Alan Haig said Crouch’s experience in the auto industry and with Toyota Financial in particular “will significantly bolster our ability to provide unparalleled guidance to owners of higher-value dealerships in key markets” in the West.

Haig said his company has been involved in more than 200 dealership sales in the Southwest and West Coast, and said the addition of Crouch “will further elevate our ability to maximize the value of our client’s businesses when they are ready to sell.”
