DealerTrack’s AAX & eCarList Now Blended into One Solution; Company Rolls Out Mobile App
On Friday, DealerTrack said the company has fully integrated its AAX and eCarList products into one inventory management and merchandising solution for dealers, while also announcing the debut of a mobile application that allows dealers to manage financing while they’re on-the-go.
Starting the AAX and eCarList integration, the DealerTrack eCarList platform is designed to help dealers appraise, price and merchandise vehicles efficiently through blending live retail market data with historical data.
Dealers can also use the tool to tap into such functions as website design, mobile applications and search/media.
As many likely recall, DealerTrack purchased the eCarList brand in July of last year, with AAX coming into the DealerTrack fold in 2009.
“The new DealerTrack eCarList will be the most complete and powerful inventory workflow solution in the industry,” said Raj Sundaram, senior vice president, Solutions Group, DealerTrack. “The integration of these two major product platforms is the fastest and smoothest assimilation that we have ever achieved.”
Mobile App
Moving along to the mobile application, DealerTrack Mobile will be offered on the iPhone and iPad devices. Through the app, dealers can keep tabs on finance and consumer credit application activities.
They can view the status of credit applications and contracts, while also viewing credit bureau scores, Red Flags and the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control compliance checks. Dealers can also use the app to view group level activity.
