eLEAD CRM Partners with Text2Drive Platform
Marketing provider eLEAD CRM recently entered into a partnership with Text2Drive for a product designed to allow dealers to engage customers through text messaging, the method they believe is the preferred form of communication for millions of consumers.
Officials from eLEAD CRM reiterated Text2Drive is a solution that can allow consumers to search dealer inventories, receive information, photos and coupons and instantly connect via texting or chatting.
Their agreement created global texting solution, eLEAD Text2Drive. The companies insisted dealers are leveraging this technology to communicate faster with consumers and maximize sales, service and parts, prospecting and marketing processes.
The companies went on to stress text messages can seamlessly integrates sales, service, Internet and marketing efforts to more effectively engage, track and measure customer communication.
They added lead inquiries, correspondence and ROI reporting are tracked and recorded in real-time within eLEAD CRM.
“Our dealers are able to source how they engage customers and enhance sales and service marketing efforts at a fraction of traditional advertising costs,” explained Mark Rankin, eLEAD’s chief information officer.
