Autosled leads auto industry on Inc.’s list of fastest-growing private companies
When it comes to growth among automotive-related companies, Autosled is at the top of the list.
The provider of digital technology for vehicle transport logistics, founded in 2019, was ranked No. 12 in the 2024 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine’s annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. It’s the highest ranking for an auto-related firm.
The rankings provide a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment — independent, entrepreneurial businesses.
Autosled co-founder and CEO Dan Sperau called the ranking “such an honor” and said, “Being ranked No. 12 leaves me speechless. I am truly in awe of how amazing the rise has been and our team’s ability to help us achieve our goals.”
“It never ceases to amaze me what Autosled’s motivated, hard-working employees have accomplished in barely over four years of business operations,” co-founder and chief revenue officer David Sperau added.
The 2024 list ranks companies by their percentage revenue growth over the previous three years. Autosled’s lofty ranking is the result of a 14,001% rise in that period, according to Inc.
Other auto industry representatives on the list include automotive digital advertising agency Dealer Alchemist (754), auto maintenance online marketplace CarAdvise (No. 1,508), auto repair management company The Aureus Group (1,929), automotive credit and compliance software provider Informativ (2,883), inventory and lead management platform Lotpop (3,783), auto loan refinance fintech company Auto Approve (4,187), used-car dealership group AutoSavvy (4,371), Mercedes-Benz distributor Ultimate Toys (4,633) and car-shipping company AutoStar Transport Express (4,899).

In a news release, Informativ said in the past three years the company has completed two acquisitions and rebranded from legacy company names of Credit Bureau Connection, Dealer Safeguard Solutions and CreditDriver to Informativ. It more than doubled its number of employees and added a new office location in Frisco, Texas, which now serves as its headquarters.
The company, which grew its revenue 176%, said its ranking reflects “the rapidly increasing demand for technology that prevents fraud, enforces FCRA and FTC Safeguards Rule compliance, provides robust and protected credit solutions, and gives businesses insight into a customer’s propensity to purchase.”
CEO David Carner said the company is “thankful to our incredible clients for their partnership and for our innovative team that continues to evolve to meet the growing and changing needs of the market. Being named to the Inc. 5000 list is an amazing accomplishment and confirmation of the need for and meaningful impact of our solutions.”
AutoSavvy, which sells used vehicles with branded titles from 20 locations in nine states, posted 96% revenue growth from 2020-23.
“Earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 is a proud moment for AutoSavvy and a clear reflection of our unique approach to the automotive industry,” CEO Brett Parham said. “By offering high-quality branded title vehicles at unbeatable prices, we’ve filled a critical gap in the market, providing value-conscious consumers with options they can trust.
“This recognition underscores the dedication of our team and the loyalty of our customers who believe in our mission. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to delivering exceptional value and transparency every step of the way.”
Autosled made the list for the first time in 2024, as did Informativ and The Aureus Group. Lotpop, AutoSavvy and Ultimate Toys are each on the list for the fourth time, with Lotpop and Ultimate Toys making it for the fourth consecutive year. Dealer Alchemist, CarAdvise, Auto Approve and AutoStar Transport Express have been recognized each of the past three years.
“One of the greatest joys of my job is going through the Inc. 5000 list,” Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman said. “To see all of the intriguing and surprising ways companies are transforming sectors, from health care and AI to apparel and pet food, is fascinating for me as a journalist and storyteller.
“Congratulations to this year’s honorees as well for growing their businesses fast despite the economic disruption we all faced over the past three years, from supply chain woes to inflation to changes in the workforce.”
