CARY, N.C. — Executives with Auto Remarketing emphasized the next installment in the free Auto Remarketing Training Series touches on a theme relevant to any dealer — how to improve used-vehicle operations.

Authorities from a quartet of industry service providers plan to share their knowledge that incorporates technology with modification of true-tested methods. The panel for the free ARTS Webinar set for 2 p.m. EST on Tuesday includes:

—Doug Hadden, manager of training and development at DealerTrack: "Inventory Management, Always Have a Plan."

—Armand LeVasseur, dealer marketing manager at Carfax: "Building Consumer Confidence, Online and On the Lot. "

—Greg Lubrani, business line director at OPENLANE: "Saving the Deal, Use Wholesale to Get More Retail Sales."

—Nick Park, senior product manager at AutoTrader.com: "From PC to Pocket, Staying Connected to Online Shoppers When They Go Mobile."

Widespread participation at your store is encouraged, as the entire pre-owned staff at your dealership can benefit from this free Webinar, which will include a 20-minute presentation from each of the four speakers. 

It will also feature an interactive Q&A portion, allowing attendees to write in with questions or ask the trainers directly via a live phone connection. If any questions are not addressed during the 90-minute Webinar, they will be e-mailed directly to presenters, who will then respond directly. 

Participation is free. Additionally, speakers' presentation slides will be made available following the Webinar. Hundreds of dealers nationwide and their staffs already have gained valuable training through previous ARTS Webinars.
