WESTCHESTER, Ill. -

Insurance Auto Auctions revealed expansion in the Sunshine State, as the company opened its 10th facility in Florida.

The new location is in Fort Pierce and joins more than 155 IAA facilities throughout North America.

“Our strategy of growth and expansion reflects our commitment to our customers who want locations in areas that are convenient and help them reduce towing costs,” said Tom O’Brien, the company’s chief executive officer.

“While we are strategically located throughout the U.S., our recent focus has been on the Southeast in part due to the volume and capacity needs in the region,” he added. “The Fort Pierce facility is conveniently located between Orlando and West Palm Beach and offers large capacity. We will continue to seek out locations throughout North America that are advantageous to both our buyer and provider customers.”

More information about the facility — which is housed at 400 North Rock Road in Fort Pierce — can be obtained via www.iaai.com or by calling the facility at (772) 489-7851.
