J.D. Power to Share Used-Vehicle Market Insights at CPO Forum
CARY, N.C. — Less than two weeks before the upcoming CPO Forum in San Diego, J.D. Power and Associates will release its 2010 Used Vehicle Market Report, and an executive from the company will be present at the event to share the findings from the latest survey with attendees.
Arianne Walker, director of media/marketing research for J.D. Power's Automotive Marketing Group, will present the opening-day keynote for the event, which will be held Nov. 8-9 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego.
According to company executives, for the first time, this year's report will include information from all but two manufacturers. Executives added that because of this, this year's study will be a true industry overview of the sales satisfaction of certified pre-owned customers and will provide insights into their shopping behavior.
"We are excited to bring J.D. Power on board for the CPO Forum," said Bill Zadeits, conference co-chair. "In a time of uncertainty, we want to provide dealers and automotive executives with the most complete picture of the CPO marketplace today, and we believe the presentation from J.D. Power will help us achieve that goal."
