KPA Aims Locally with New Dealer Social Media Service
The introduction of a new tool to help dealers with their social media marketing targets the dealers’ local communities.
Announced this week was the launch of KPA Local Engage, which the company says offers collaboration with a social media expert, localized promotions and social media management software, all in one service.
“The way to make social media effective is to target your local community,” said Richard Valenta, KPA’s vice president of Internet marketing products. “Word-of-mouth marketing has the strongest impact on local brand marketing. Your dealership’s social media needs to be authentic. That’s why we emphasize local engagement.”
KPA’s Local Engage provides a monthly social media strategy, and plans for related content, Valenta added.
The collaboration with a KPA social media expert includes the execution of a monthly action plan, or MAP, with a defined schedule of social media posts, unique landing pages, coupons and web banners, the company said, to increase the dealer’s social engagement and build local exposure.
According to KPA, the product’s social media management software offers tools to help dealerships schedule, monitor, measure and respond to social engagement, including scheduling posts on multiple channels; monitoring streams and responding to comments; finding local content; managing contacts; and on-demand metrics and automated reporting.
The social media service is available to dealers separately or combined with other KPA Internet marketing products.
