INDIANAPOLIS — Manheim Specialty Auctions now has more room to operate at Manheim Indianapolis. Company officials highlighted that now the facility boasts 40,000 square feet of auction space — twice its original size.

Manheim said the reason for the expansion was to accommodate strong growth in customer demand in the pre-owned powersports market.

To celebrate the broad expansion, Manheim Indianapolis will hold a PowerSports Expansion Super Sale. The special event will be stretched over two days on Feb. 2 and 3.

Both current and first-time registered customers can participate in the special sale. The first day's activities include an indoor pool party. Manheim positioned the second day to allow buyers to bid on various units.

Manheim noted that its partner consignors include Harley-Davidson Financial Services, GE Money, Fifth Third Bank and many others. The facility also welcomes units from several dealer groups and private dealerships from throughout the country.

Dave "Crockett" Allen, general manager of Manheim Indianapolis, indicated that he is eager to use the PowerSports Expansion Super Sale as a way to showcase the facility's capability.

"We're looking forward to welcoming old and new friends for two action-packed days," Allen noted.

"With over 600 powersports units already registered, we're ready for a record-breaking event sale, backed by all the guarantees that make every Manheim Specialty auction such a quality experience for buyers and sellers," he added.

Like all Manheim Specialty PowerSports auctions, dealers can preview the latest available inventory via OVE.com. The preview can be seen one week prior to the sale.
