ARLINGTON, Texas -
In light of the growing changes within the industry, the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association’s Certified Master Dealer course has been updated.
NIADA and Joe Lescota, Northwood University’s chairman of automotive marketing, have adjusted the course so that dealers can respond to the changing landscape.
“Education is an evolution. In order to be effective, it must be dynamic and responsive to our industry’s environment,” stated NIADA director of education Georgia Brown.
“Basic principles may be the same, but how we apply them may be greatly different,” she continued. “The world changes rapidly today. As business professionals, we need the skills to adapt to those changes.”
When the first session of the revamped is held, there will be new instructional materials with a focus on “Management by Numbers.” There will now be quarterly Webinars offered, as well.
The debut of the revamped course will be held from March 10 through March 12 at the SuperMedia Hotel and Conference Center.
This facility is next to the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
“This class is a must for career independent dealers!” shared Rod Pletcher, a CMD out of Goshen, Ind.
Brown added: “We have made it easy for them by pricing it as a complete training package for only $2,995. All they have to take care of is their airfare and evening meals!”
