MT. VERNON, Iowa — Plaza Auto Auction this week named a new fleet/lease manager. Coming over to the Iowa auction from Manheim Milwaukee where he held the same position is Tony Randazzo.

Randazzo served as fleet/lease manager at Manheim Milwaukee for seven years. During the previous decade, Plaza AA noted that Randazzo worked in the auto glass and vehicle reconditioning industries with Dent Wizard and Safelite.

"We are delighted that Tony has joined our team here at Plaza Auto Auction," owner Mark Greb said.

"Both our staff and our customers will see the immediate impact of that his experience and professionalism brings to our auction operations," Greb continued. "I expect to see Tony grow into additional responsibilities and a full leadership role at Plaza."

Randazzo credited his background of U.S. military service both in the Air Force and Navy as the basis for success at his previous industry posts.

"This is a great opportunity to put my years of experience in customer service positions to work," Randazzo stressed.

"Many national accounts know me as a ‘service champion,' and understand that Plaza can offer efficient processes coupled with a strong buyer base," he went on to say.
