CALGARY, Alberta -

Quorum Information Technologies, based out of Calgary, Alberta, has bulked up the Dealer Resource Center website that it rolled out earlier this year.

The company has expanded the functionality of this customer-focused site per its efforts to allow dealers to better utilize the XSELLERATOR dealership and customer management system product.

Officials believe that if dealers get more out of XSELLERATOR, they can improve their business processes, helping them to boost profits and customer satisfaction.

Moving along, Quorum said that the new functionality of the DRC includes improved user-friendly access management as well as a “Q-Store.”

Quorum customers can use the Q-Store to view essentially all of Quorum’s offerings and request such items. These include things like peripherals and software as well as DMS user licenses and options.

“This new DRC release is a component of Quorum’s long-range vision to make valuable information and assistance available to our customers in an easy-to-access format so they can get the help they need quickly and focus on their business and customers. Most software and services companies provide online support and we are stepping up to be a leader in the DMS industry,” stated Mark Allen, the vice president of sales, marketing and services.

“Beyond this release of the DRC, we have other great new functionality planned including a graphical ‘process map’ for users to quickly find ‘how to’ instructional documents, continually updated quick-tips and useful features section and a full-blown ‘Knowledge Base,’” he added.
