CITRUS HEIGHTS, Calif. — Sparked by endorsements and substantial growth last year, Repo Remarketing expanded its executive team by adding a pair of industry veterans.

Assuming the role as vice president of market development is Dorothy Drake, who has a total of 30 years of industry experience. The majority of Drake's career, more than 20 years in fact, has been in vehicle sales management.

Meanwhile, Repo Remarketing tapped Jeff Martin as vice president of sales. Like Drake, Martin also has 30 years of experience, mostly working in the credit union and indirect lending marketplaces.

Company officials touted the strides they made in 2009 as the reason for adding additional personnel. Repo Remarketing was endorsed as a partner by the Arizona and Washington Credit Union Leagues.

The company also posted 45 percent growth and $100 million in sales last year.

Repo Remarketing provides liquidation solutions that executives say are specifically designed for credit unions. Once the collateral is repossessed and assigned, Repo Remarketing can manage the units through transportation, inspection, reconditioning and represents the credit union through to the sale.

"Customer service is the key to our success," explained Lance Gartner, chief executive officer of Repo Remarketing.

"The addition of key executives creates a depth and breadth of knowledge that sets the stage for our 2010 growth platform," Gartner continued.

"Repo Remarketing's team of experts retained the ability to keep their process fluid and responsive to the needs of the credit union," he concluded.
