myKaarma has earned Nissan’s seal of approval.
The provider of dealership communication and payment software said it has been selected for certification as a partner in Nissan’s NCAR Service and INFINITI’s ICAR-X Service programs, which myKaarma said makes it the “go-to provider” of integrated service systems for the Nissan brands.
The company said Nissan and INFINITI dealerships can access “the full power” of myKaarma’s technology, including Scheduler+, Online Payment, Mobile Check-In and ServiceCart Premium Video MPI, tools designed to boost the efficiency of service lanes while delivering a “next-level” customer experience.
“This certification is an important milestone for myKaarma,” vice president of OEM and industry partnerships Mike Sailor said. “Being recognized by Nissan and INFINITI speaks volumes about our relentless focus on innovation and our dedication to creating technology that doesn’t just meet expectations but sets new standards for service excellence.”
myKaarma said the certification offers several dealership incentives.
INFINITI dealerships can tap into IRPB funds (.25% PNVR) and earn valet bonuses of $300 per month and $50 per ride, providing profit-driving opportunities while enhancing customer service.

Nissan or INFINITI dealers attending a myKaarma demo and later installing the platform will receive $2,500 to offset installation costs or other vendor launch-related expenses, payable on confirmed installation.
myKaarma said Nissan dealerships using its tools can expect “significant gains” in CSI scores and increased revenue per repair order.
“By partnering with Nissan and INFINITI, we’re taking our commitment to improving dealership operations and customer satisfaction to new heights,” myKaarma chief operating officer Jeff Ranalli said. “This is a pivotal moment not just for us, but for every Nissan and INFINITI dealership looking to differentiate themselves and lead with cutting-edge technology.”
