Subaru of America recently announced that it has named Manheim Southern California Auction its Auction of the Year for the second year in a row in recognition of both sales effectiveness and service quality.
Subaru said it tracks and measures its auctions by three key components to choose a winner. The automaker examines auction’s total sale percentage, retention to goal price and the number of unique buyers.
“A numerical score is calculated at the conclusion of every sale at every location on a monthly basis, and the auctions are ranked monthly based on the final score.” Subaru national fleet remarketing manager John Manchin explained in a news release.
Along with Subaru Motors Finance (J. P. Morgan Chase) sales that include consumer off-lease Subaru vehicles, Manheim Southern California also hosts combined Subaru factory sales that feature promotional and program vehicles.
