STELLA Automotive AI announced a partnership with service lane technology provider Dealer-FX that integrates STELLA’s artificial intelligence-powered digital voice technology into Dealer-FX’s ONE Platform software.

The integration — the second announced in as many days for Dealer-FX, which has also added Proactive Dealer Solutions’ Brooke.ai digital voice assistant to its platform — is designed to help dealerships manage high inbound phone call volumes.

“This partnership represents a major achievement,” STELLA CEO Rich Sands said, “completing a vital piece of our puzzle and giving STELLA vast coverage of the North American market. We have a large number of dealers who have been eagerly awaiting this event, and we are excited to see this day arrive.”

The companies said the addition of STELLA will improve dealerships’ management of customer interactions and service operations to enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience.

STELLA said it equips dealerships with tools to enhance communication, improve customer service and optimize operational efficiency.

STELLA Service Booking, an AI digital voice assistant, is designed to answer inbound calls on the first ring 24/7 to eliminate hold times and allow customers to schedule appointments and reducing the booking process to less than two minutes.
