automotiveMastermind has named a new chief operating officer. Promoted to the COO role is Jeremy Carter, who was previously vice president of business operations.

The move was effective this month.

Carter has been with automotiveMastermind since March 2021. Prior to his time with the company, he worked in the software industry for more than 15 years.

“It is a pleasure working with Jeremy. His passion for operational effectiveness makes him the ideal person to step into this role in such a critical time in our evolution,” automotiveMastermind CEO Matt Leone said in a news release. “He has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership across the entire organization, and we are confident he is the right leader to ensure operations keep pace while driving innovation.”

Carter added: “I am honored to take on the role of COO for automotiveMastermind and I’m thankful to our executive and senior leadership teams for placing their trust in me. The last few years serving alongside the amazing people here has been a highlight of my career. I am dedicated to ensuring that our teams have the most efficient and effective processes and tools they need to continue our exponential growth.”
