Mobile vehicle service technology platform Curbee is headed for the cloud, with help from Tekion, developer of a cloud-native platform serving the automotive retail ecosystem.

This partnership will deliver Curbee’s B2B platform, which is designed to integrate directly into a dealership’s existing DMS, through Tekion’s Automotive Partner Cloud to improve efficiency. The companies said that allows dealers to connect to the Curbee platform with Tekion’s ARC in real-time to make data sharing faster and easier.

“Curbee is committed to creating a seamless integration for dealerships to ensure their delivery of mobile automotive service is easy and efficient,” Curbee CEO Denise Leleux said. “Tekion’s comprehensive API suite has enabled us to develop innovative integrations that significantly enhance the operational performance of our partners and customers.”

Curbee’s platform enables dealerships to offer a white-labeled mobile service experience designed to increase customer satisfaction and generate new revenue streams.

It uses technology such as artificial intelligence-powered scheduling, predictive maintenance analytics and personalized customer communication tools, and includes a built-in custom portal that gives technicians direct access to training and education programs.

Tekion’s ARC cloud-native platform includes all functionalities of a DMS and accompanying tech stack to run a retail business. The company said it “brings together approved and certified partners to focus on driving innovation and efficiency through seamless connectivity.”

The companies said the integration within the Service ARC DMS workflow enables staff efficiency, streamlines processes and improves the consumer experience.
