Dealer Solutions & Design has a new look, a new website — and a new dealership asset management platform.

DSD, a provider of fixed operations design, consultations, equipment specs, installation and project management for automotive facilities, said it has completed a rebrand that includes a refreshed website, a new logo, and the launch of cloud-based software application Asset Genius.

In a news release, the company said the rebrand reflects its evolution since it was acquired by Safe-Guard Products International 18 months ago, as well as reinforcing its commitment to innovation and excellence in the automotive industry, with the new visual identity, enhanced digital presence and expanded service offerings showcasing its focus on technological advancement and operational efficiency.

It also includes expanded operations in Atlanta and a growing presence in Denver.

CEO Michael Bolden said the new brand identity “represents a bold step forward” for DSD.

“This rebrand is not just about a new logo and website — it’s a reflection of our drive toward adaptability, smart growth and unmatched client support,” he said. “We’re focused on enhancing the way we serve our clients, offering them even greater value through expanded services and more efficient, cutting-edge solutions.

“As we continue to evolve, our dedication to helping dealerships thrive remains unchanged.”

The most significant change is the addition of Asset Genius, an application designed to combine technology with live support to provide dealerships with continuous assistance beyond project completion.

The platform offers dealerships visibility and control over their equipment through real-time monitoring of equipment health, proactive maintenance scheduling and comprehensive performance metrics, DSD said, helping dealerships optimize operations and reduce maintenance and repair costs.

“Merging software, data and fixed asset management into a singular solution is far overdue,” DSD vice president of corporate development Josh Currie said. “With our vast experience in service facilities and more than 20 years of data collection, we listened to our clients’ needs and created a solution we believe will become imperative to their operation.”

The company said Asset Genius offers seamless fixed asset management with full app and web-based support, empowering users to access data anytime and anywhere. It includes QR technology designed to simplify scheduling maintenance requests, taking inventory and reviewing individual equipment.

It also offers users benefit an internal live person contact through DSD Project Care for warranty support and general assistance, including service booking and app help. The platform includes an equipment service history and cost log and photo cataloging, allowing dealerships to maintain detailed records, assess equipment condition effectively and highlight dangerous or inoperable equipment. It also provides individual site-based data and integrates full group data across multiple dealerships.
