Gubagoo has been selected as part of the Audi Digital Program, a hub available to Audi dealers across the U.S.

Dealerships can now sign up for Gubagoo Chat and Digital Retailing, a service designed to allow website visitors to connect with the store 24/7/365 for an improved shopping experience.

In a post on LinkedIn, Gubagoo said its chat delivers “tailored and precise responses through messaging, leading to an influx of high-quality leads that are delivered directly to your team.”

The company said its chat tools combine automation with hundreds of live chat specialists, as well as giving dealership personnel the ability to step in at any point in the conversation. Gubagoo has been selected by the DrivingSales Dealer Satisfaction Awards as a top-rated company for chat and messaging tools and services the past nine years in a row, and was the highest rated in the 2023 awards.

Gubagoo also offers its In-store Experience, designed to create an agnostic, seamless shopping experience for customers shopping online, at the dealership or going back and forth between the two. The company said it “eliminates common customer frustrations by modernizing dealerships’ online and in-store platforms.”

Gubagoo said more than 8,500 dealerships, including 90% of North America’s top dealer groups, use Gubagoo’s chat, texting, behavioral marketing and digital retailing tools.
