Former Cox Automotive executive Joshua Gonsenhauser has joined Lotlinx as vice president of product strategy, the company announced.

Lotlinx said Gonsenhauser will lead the ongoing development of its VIN-specific inventory management systems, designed to optimize dealer operations and improve ROI through artificial intelligence and machine learning.

“Josh brings a unique combination of industry expertise and strategic insight to Lotlinx,” executive chairman Len Short said. “His proven track record of innovation and his passion for driving dealer success make him the perfect fit to lead our product strategy efforts.”

In his 10 years with Cox Automotive, Gonsenhauser held leadership positions in SaaS, inventory management, acquisition and wholesale products, and strategy teams, including roles with its vAuto and Manheim brands.

In a news release, Lotlinx said he “played an instrumental role in launching data-driven initiatives that supported dealers with consumer engagement and adaptation to the industry’s fast-changing environment,” citing his contributions to the development and deployment of tools simplifying digital marketing, connecting dealers with ready-to-buy shoppers and providing actionable insights to optimize inventory management.

“Lotlinx’s commitment to harnessing the power of AI and machine learning to drive precision and efficiency is unmatched,” Gonsenhauser said. “I’m excited to join a team that’s not only pushing the boundaries of innovation but also helping dealers focus on what truly matters — connecting with customers and achieving sustainable growth.”
